To use our service, you must create an account, set up an organization, and create spaces within that organization. You may invite team members to join your organization and specific spaces.
Our service requires integration with Slack and Zoom. Users must connect their Slack and Zoom accounts and invite our app to specific channels and calls to enable full functionality.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep your account information updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as any third-party terms of service (including those of Slack and Zoom) while using our service.
Our app integrates with Slack and Zoom to capture decision-related data. This integration involves the exchange of data between our app and these third-party services.
By using our service, you acknowledge that you are also subject to the terms and policies of Slack and Zoom.
We are not responsible for any issues arising from the use of third-party services, including but not limited to service interruptions, data loss, or security breaches.
We collect data from integrated Slack channels and Zoom calls, including but not limited to messages, call information, and user-generated content related to decision-making.
The collected data is used to generate decision entries and digests, which are core functionalities of our service.
Decision data may be shared back into designated Slack channels and is stored on our platform for user access and reference.
By using our service, you grant us permission to collect and process data from integrated services as described in these T&C and our Privacy Policy.
You retain ownership of any content you provide through our service. However, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content as necessary to provide and improve our service.
You are solely responsible for the content you provide and must ensure it complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these T&C or is deemed inappropriate, without prior notice.
We own all rights, title, and interest in and to the service, including all software, designs, and trademarks associated with it.

If any provision of these T&C is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These T&C constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of our service, superseding any prior agreements.
